Introduction

Welcome to Kartuli! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our app.

Use of the App

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the app.

Subscriptions

• Kartuli offers a subscription plan that provides access to complex letter combinations. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings after purchase.
• Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes or Google Play account.
• If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store and Google Play Store. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact the respective store.

Intellectual Property

• All content provided in the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Kartuli or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our explicit permission.

User-Generated Content

• You may be able to submit, upload, or otherwise make available content, such as comments or feedback, through the app.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Kartuli a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with the app.

Privacy

• Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• Kartuli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
• Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Kartuli for the app during the term of your use.

Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
• Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
